Akshay First in the Americas to Achieve SWIFT Certification on Alliance Integrator

(Princeton, NJ – 16 April 2010) – Akshay Software International, Inc., a SWIFT Regional Partner, SWIFTReady Services Provider, and SWIFT Service Bureau added to its impressive roster of credentials by becoming the first SWIFT partner in the Americas, and only the third worldwide, to be certified on Alliance Integrator.

With the certification on Alliance Integrator, Akshay adds to the number of SWIFT-certified experts on staff, and broadens its scope of technical certifications held across the SWIFT portfolio.

SWIFT’s Alliance Integrator is an enterprise application integration (EAI) platform installed between business applications to assist in the exchange of SWIFT traffic. Based on the commercial integration product Sun Java CAPS, Alliance Integrator is endowed with additional SWIFT-supplied components that support SWIFT exchanges and solutions, as well as SWIFTNet message formats such as MT, MX, FpML, and AnyXML. Through Alliance Access, Alliance Integrator supports FIN, FINCopy, and InterAct-based messaging services, as well as FileAct.

Akshay and SWIF T have successfully collaborated on several Alliance Integrator projects serving a diverse user base including the US branch of a leading European bank, a global quasi-political financial institution, and a hedge fund investment advisor.
