Akshay has a strategic partnership with Financeware for the delivery of Service Bureau
services. The two companies together determine the strategic direction of the
Service Bureau and work collaboratively to execute on the joint vision. Through
combining their resources, Akshay and Financeware have been able to achieve
significant economies of scale and greatly increase bandwidth.
Financeware owns the Service Bureau infrastructure and received SWIFT Board
approval for the Service Bureau in March 2003. Financeware was the first
organization in the Americas to receive the SWIFTReady Connectivity Best

is the highest label awarded by SWIFT for Service Bureaus, requiring higher
standards of resilience and security and the only one requiring an on-site audit

in the continents of North & South America, Europe and Asia.
The Service Bureau has a SAS70 Type II certification.
All production equipment is located in two Enterprise Class Data centers in
Miami, FL, USA (which has a SAS70 Type II Certification) and Sao Paulo, Brazil
(which has an ISO 27001 certification).
Akshay provides 24x7 support with SWIFT certified staff physically located at
Sao Paulo, Brazil, Princeton, NJ, USA and Mumbai, India.
Akshay allows clients a wide range of outsourcing options including full
outsourcing, fully dedicated SWIFT infrastructure, Hosted Alliance Access,
Connectivity outsourcing and DR hosting. Akshay’s advanced technology
infrastructure and streamlined processes help greatly speed up the
implementations, no matter what option is chosen.
Akshay’s Service Bureau clients have access to a range of SWIFT add-ons
(Alliance Integrator for integration with applications not producing SWIFT
format data, SWIFTNet Accord, SWIFTNet Mail, CCI Euroclear and Exceptions &
Investigations) as well as non-SWIFT add-ons (OFAC and Reconciliation).
Akshay’s LAU Authenticator supports the only method to provide end-to-end
authentication of messages sent to the AFT (Automatic File Transfer) interface
of SWIFT’s Alliance Access.
Akshay’s Event Journal reporting add-on segregates Alliance Access events by
client and automatically delivers them by email. The Alliance Access has no
feature that allows it to segregate events by client and so this feature, which
