Mr.Anant C.V is the Chairman/CEO. He is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the activities of the Company and for the development of strategies for the future growth. He holds Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management from University of Mumbai. After working in the industry for more than a decade, he promoted the company. He has over 30 years of commercial and managerial experience in the industry.

Mr.B.V. Venkatanarayan is Director and is responsible for sales and execution of projects. Currently he is heading the SWIFT(Financial infrastructure) line of business. He holds the degree of Bachelor of Technology in Electronics from IIT and Master’s Degree from IIM. After working in the industry for a few years, he joined the company as a co-promoter. He has over 25 years of experience in the industry.

Mr.R.N.Swamy is Whole Time Director and is responsible for India Operations and Corporate financial functions. He joined Akshay in 1997.He is a Chartered Accountant with commercial and managerial experience over 30 years across Banking, Engineering and Information Technology industries.

Mr.Kapil Shrivastava is Whole Time Director and is responsible for UAE operations. He joined Akshay in 1998.He holds Post graduate degree in Social Science and Personnel Management from Nagpur University. He has more than 18 years experience in Human Resources, personnel and Sales functions.

Mr.R.Jayaprakash is Non-Executive Director. He holds Masters Degrees in Statistics and Management. He has served in senior level positions in public sector and private sector Banks and has experience in banking sector for around 30 years.

Mr.B.Durgaprasad Rai is Non-Executive Director. He worked in the Banking and IT Industry for a few years. He is now a practicing Company Secretary..

Mr. Mehul V Shah is Non-Executive Director. He is Chartered Accountant and currently working as a senior management professional of a company in IT Hardware and services industry.
