The company already had an existing product using Delphi and wanted to convert the system to a web-based system using open source technologies.

To develop and test the software on an offshore basis, with implementation testing and product roll-over being done in the United States.


The entire system was to be up and running in 12 calendar months time, including load testing and implementation.

The entire software was developed on an offshore model basis, with the specifications being sent by the client from USA and coding and testing using open-source software was done from India. Communications and clarifications was through emails and calls on an ongoing basis.
